A theater play, a journey of riddles, a search for clues! All made from mud, courage, and music!

PIFF! What could that be?! Looks like a mushroom, right? No, something else entirely. Where did it come from? Was it invisible just a moment ago??? PAFF PUFF! From above? From below? Let’s take a closer look! One mystery after another! One emerges from the Never Sea. Back then, when there were no words yet. Can someone lend a hand here? One grows out of the tree. Huh?! How does it do that? SPLASH! A curious frog! GRUNT! A sniffing pig! Big and small?! PSSST! – listen up! Nothing is lost! Onward! Wormward! Follow your nose! Does that mean we have to dig? Yes! Are we searching for treasure? YES! Where to? To the future! And where is it? Right in front of our noses! We’re counting on you, humans! Let’s go!

About the Group:

In 1997, musician Charlotte Wilde and puppeteer and puppet-maker Michael Vogel (a graduate of the Stuttgart Puppet Theatre program) founded their company, initially in Stuttgart and since 2003 in Leipzig, where Wilde & Vogel co-founded the Westflügel as an International Centre for Puppet Theatre. Puppetry and live music are the artistic mediums of Wilde & Vogel’s theatre. The themes and dramatic concepts of their productions are diverse, developed in collaboration with artists from various genres, and offer audiences space for imagination and personal associations.
