“Out of the Backpack: Everything That Moves Is Alive”

Suitable for ages 14 and up | 10 solo performances, 10 minutes each

MINORITEN WELS
Friday March 13, 2026 | 3:00 p.m.

Can a door open emotionally? Is a castle gate sometimes jealous of a cat flap? Do doors ever feel used, overlooked? Who might they want to shut themselves off from? And what worlds are hidden behind them?

The second-year students of Contemporary Puppetry at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts (HfS Ernst Busch) discover the hidden within the seemingly familiar as part of their animation classes. Materials and objects come to life and tell stories of friction, happiness and suffering.

Experience approx. 10-minute solo performances as you make your way through the Welser Welser Minoriten and the Stadtmuseum.
