The big bad wolf is convinced: he is the strongest in the whole land! With his chest puffed out proudly, he stomps through the forest and asks everyone: “Tell me, who is the strongest in the whole land?” Theatre mOment brings the popular picture book classic by Mario Ramos to the stage as humorous puppetry. With lots of wit, surprising twists and lovingly crafted figures, a production emerges that delights not only children but also makes adults smile. A theatre experience full of charm, suspense and a touch of self-irony – true to the motto: strong is the one who can also laugh at themselves.
Little Red Riding Hood, the three little pigs and the seven dwarfs – they all readily give him the answer he wants to hear. After all, everyone is afraid of the biiiiig wolf. But then he meets a small, green something! And he gets an answer he never would have expected!
About the Group:
theater mOment is an independent puppetry company from Grieskirchen (Upper Austria), founded in 2004 by Ruth and Klaus Humer. Ruth Humer, a trained special education teacher, leads the ensemble – she has been working freelance in puppetry and theatre pedagogy since 2012. Since 2009 she has been assistant to the artistic director of the International Wels Puppetry Festival.
