City Center Becomes an Exhibition Space

Large wooden figures created by students from the Franziskus Gymnasium Wels await you in front of the festival venues.

Additionally, puppets by Upper Austrian artists can be seen in many shop windows.

My Viewpoint/Our Viewpoint: 

The project titled “My Standpoint/Our Standpoint” offers students space and a stage to “take heart” and address their concerns using the tools of visual art in public spaces. It aims to make their messages visible, raise questions, provoke, inspire, and communicate.

Puppets in Shop Windows:

Walking through the city with open eyes is highly recommended! The shopkeepers in the pedestrian zone once again “invite” puppets into their shop windows.
