The ghosts in the castle have made it famous. Visitors flock in droves. Kasperl is hired for the midnight castle tours with ghost show. The witch, with her adventure forest, complains about a decline in business. She decides to steal the ghosts. And if it weren’t for Kasperl, she might well have succeeded.

About the Group:
Gerti Tröbinger (born 1959) has been involved in theatre and puppetry since her training as a kindergarten teacher (1973–1977). She trained as a puppeteer from 1993 to 1996. She works as a freelance puppeteer and puppet maker, both solo and with various ensembles and theatres (e.g. denk:spiel association, Linz State Theatre, Theater der Jugend Vienna…). Since 2009 she has been the artistic director of the “International Wels Puppetry Festival”.
Maximilian Tröbinger completed the degree programme “Contemporary Puppetry” at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin. He works on a touring repertoire for children and adults, as a solo puppeteer and with various ensembles (e.g. “Tröbinger & Tröbinger Puppetry Theatre”). Mother and son perform together on stage in several productions.
